Do you love Argeninian Steak? Baires is the place for you! I have eaten there three times and not been disappointed yet.
The arugula and parmigiano salad is spicy and cheesy and the empanada was the best one I have ever had! The french onion soup was okay, but the potatoes au grain were somethng to write home about.
I enjoyed my grilled salmon as they cooked it to perfection - ie not very much at all as I like it rare! The best thing on the menu is the skirt steak. Don't even THINK about ordering a hamburger or the chicken. Waste of money.
Go for the steak. Enjoy!
The skirt steak is known as churrasco and it is a speciality of both Argentinian and Brazilian ways of cooking the steak. Really good.
